Sunny’s Story
Hi everyone, this is Sunny Bambani. I work in the film industry, mostly behind the scenes. I got introduced to FitBear, the company owned by Charan, and I had my first consultation with him. I said, “Okay, let’s do this, let’s start the journey.”
When I started, I was 76.5 kg. In just three months, I lost a lot of weight—even while traveling to the U.S., attending events in Goa, and taking a short holiday.
Honestly, I thought dieting meant starving and following strict rules. But Charan and his team made it simple and easy. In the first month, I lost 4 kilos. In the next two months, I lost another 4 kilos. Now, I’m just 2 kilos away from my goal.
What I loved most was how smooth and enjoyable the process was. They gave me alternative food options whenever I felt hungry and taught me what to eat and avoid. They helped me follow a healthy lifestyle that felt natural.
Even though I went out dancing, drinking, and to regular restaurants, I still managed to stay on track. It’s actually easier after those first three months.
One big challenge I faced earlier was mental health. I’ve dealt with anxiety and mild depression. I tried therapy, spirituality, meditation, going to the gym—but nothing helped fully.
But something changed when I started eating clean. I noticed a big improvement in my mental health. I started feeling happier, more energetic, and more confident. I lost weight, my clothes fit better, and yes—my jawline became sharper too!
More than the looks, the biggest benefit was my mental well-being. I spoke to Jonathan from the team, and he explained how clean eating can affect brain health. I didn’t know that before, but now I’m a living example.
The FitBear team was amazing. They’re always responsive, especially on WhatsApp. You get a plan, a proper diet sheet, and daily support. They’re with you at every step of the journey.
And once you follow it, you start loving it—and you continue on your own. That’s the real goal.
I’ve had a fantastic experience, and I truly recommend this to anyone wanting to live a healthier lifestyle. You can still enjoy your favorite foods and live your life fully—just with more awareness and balance.
