Do you work with clients remotely?
Yes, I can find out everything I need to know during the detailed consultation we have, before your customized plan is shared with you. This can be done online or in-person.
Honestly, I've tried everything & been to several nutritionists in the past. I have lost the weight & then gained it back (& some more). How is this any different?
The difference is that I am a Coach, not a nutritionist. A nutritionist tells you what to eat. With me, you learn HOW TO EAT & WHY. Let me elaborate: There is no super food or demon food... no magical eating hour in the day. It's the overall quantity & quality of your nutrition that decides the outcome of how you feel, look & perform. I combine the science of nutrition & art of eating well, while factoring in your lifestyle, food preferences, health markers, allergies, social life, hunger cues, etc. So you're fully equipped to handle any curve balls that come your way!
What about Women's Health?
Yes, we work with women seeking weight management with a science-backed, evidence-based approach. Women undergo a plethora of physiological, hormonal as well as psychological changes caused by PCOD, Thyroid, Pregnancy, Postpartum, Perimenopause & Menopause. Each stage is as unique as the person going through it. So, naturally, each requires a tailored & holistic approach. As a Coach, my commitment is to work not just with someone's body weight, but also their mind. In our sessions, we focus on identifying & ruling out underlying coping mechanisms around food & drink. More often than not, the solution lies in the mind. It's one's daily habits & behavior that will decide outcomes in the long run. Put into one word, our goal is LONGEVITY.
Are your meal plans extremely restrictive with less food?
No. Our eating plans are designed to be nutritionally balanced & sufficient.
How do you guide on workouts?
I approach exercise with a sole objective in mind, surprisingly missing in most exercise programs nowadays: S.P.E.C.I.F.I.C.I.T.Y. Once we define your exercise routine & I provide you with the much-needed understanding about the 'why' of it, you start enjoying your workouts for reasons other than (not limited to) weight loss.

Glad you asked! I'm a certified Fitness & Nutrition Coach. I am here to tell you that food is good & fitness is good & the only thing bad, is someone telling you that both are mutually exclusive. This is how I know: Precision Nutrition L1 Certificate in Nutrition & Coaching, 2022 (Toronto, Canada) Advanced Physique Transformation, Master Trainer L2, 2021, Team Boss Fitness Academy Sports Fitness & Nutrition Coach, NESTA, 2020, Spencer Institute, CA, USA.
Okay, good to know! But do you work with people who have Diabetes, Hypertension, CVD, Thyroid, PCOD, IBS & other lifestyle diseases or Metabolic Syndrome?
Yes. Right off the bat, let me tell you that I am not a doctor (although many of my clients call me doc, and I don't exactly have an issue with that). Truth be told, medication can help you deal with Metabolic Syndrome by keeping your symptoms in check, but rarely do they heal you. To heal, one must work on their lifestyle in a holistic manner. This process begins with good nutrition, adequate movement, effective stress management, proper supplementation, exercise, rest & recovery. Our plan is designed to help you take charge of your metabolic disorders & diseases 100% naturally, taking these aspects into account.
Will I need to buy expensive supplements or fancy foods?
No. Check the Shopping List you have been sent.
Do you train people?
No. I provide workout guidance.
